1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.1. This Agreement is a public offer addressed to an unspecified number of persons.

1.2. Acceptance of this offer shall be deemed to be any actions indicating the acceptance of the terms of this Agreement, namely — the transfer of funds to the Organization’s account by any means, including payment systems, bank transfers, etc.

1.3. From the moment the funds are credited to the Organization’s account, the person who made the contribution is considered to have joined this Agreement and accepted all its terms.

2. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT

2.1. Предметом цього Договору є безоплатна передача (надання) Благодійником грошових коштів у формі благодійного внеску на користь Організації для забезпечення її статутної діяльності.

2.2. Благодійні внески можуть спрямовуватись на реалізацію програм, проєктів, адміністративне забезпечення, закупівлю обладнання та інші потреби, передбачені Статутом Організації.

2.3. Благодійні внески не спрямовуються на закупівлю зброї. Усі зібрані кошти використовуються виключно для переобладнання автомобілів у рамках проєкту «Кейсевак», гуманітарних, медичних, або соціальних потреб відповідно до чинного законодавства України та цілей Громадської організації.

3. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES

• 3.1. The Donor has the right to: – independently choose the amount of the charitable contribution; – receive confirmation of the credited funds; – access information on the use of contributions published by the Organization. 3.2. The Organization undertakes to: – use the received funds exclusively in accordance with its Charter; – publish reports on the use of contributions on its website or provide them upon the Donor’s request; – not disclose the Donor’s personal data to third parties without consent, except as required by Ukrainian law.

4. PROCEDURE FOR MAKING CHARITABLE CONTRIBUTIONS

4.1. Charitable contributions may be made through: – online payment forms on the website; – direct bank transfer to the Organization’s account; – using payment services (LiqPay, WayForPay, Fondy, etc.). 4.2. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise provided by Ukrainian law or a written request from the Donor in case of mistaken payment.

5. LIABILITY OF THE PARTIES

5.1. The Organization is not liable to the Donor for any direct or indirect damages that may occur due to the use of electronic payment systems, unless such damages are related to the Organization’s actions or omissions.

6. PERSONAL DATA

6.1. By providing personal data when making a charitable contribution, the Donor agrees to its processing by the Organization in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection”.

7. FINAL PROVISIONS

7.1. This Agreement enters into force upon acceptance and is valid indefinitely.

7.2. All disputes between the Parties shall be resolved through negotiations and, if that is not possible, in court according to the jurisdiction of the Respondent and the requirements of Ukrainian law.

7.3. The Organization reserves the right to amend the terms of this offer without prior agreement with the Donor by publishing a new version on its official website.
